ExoClick Integration in CPV One tracker
CPV One’s integration with ExoClick enables comprehensive analytics, offering maximum ROI.
ExoClick is one of the largest ad tech companies in the world, serving over 8.5 billion geo-targeted ads per day across a global network of 65,000 publisher sites and mobile platforms. ExoClick operates as both an ad network and ad exchange, making it a major traffic source for performance marketers running campaigns in verticals including dating, gaming, nutra, sweepstakes, and more.
ExoClick supports a wide range of ad formats: push notifications, in-page push, popunders, native ads, display banners, video (in-stream, outstream, VAST), interstitials, direct links, email clicks, and more.
CPV One integrates with ExoClick using S2S postback tracking. You create a Conversion Goal in ExoClick to generate a Goal ID, then configure ExoClick as a traffic source in CPV One using the pre-built catalog template. CPV One tracks every click and fires a postback to ExoClick when a conversion is recorded.
CPV One comes with ExoClick pre-configured in its Traffic Sources catalog. The same integration works in CPV Lab (self-hosted version).
With this integration, you can:
- Track all ExoClick clicks and conversions inside CPV One in real time
- Send conversion data back to ExoClick via S2S postback using your Conversion Goal ID
- Pass dynamic payout values from your affiliate network through to ExoClick for revenue tracking
- Track actual ad spend via the
{actual_cost}token to calculate real ROI per campaign - Split test landing pages and offers against ExoClick traffic segments in CPV One
- Monitor performance by GEO, ad format, placement, device, and OS, all in one dashboard
- Set CPV One to EST timezone to keep statistics in sync with ExoClick's reporting
How it works
In ExoClick, you create a Conversion Goal and copy the generated Goal ID.
In CPV One, you import ExoClick from the Traffic Sources catalog and replace the UNIQUEGOALID placeholder in the postback URL with your Goal ID.
When you create a campaign, CPV One generates a campaign URL containing the {conversions_tracking} tag, this is the URL you use in ExoClick.
When a visitor converts, CPV One fires the postback to ExoClick with the conversion data, and ExoClick records it against the correct campaign and placement.
Why it matters
ExoClick gives you massive reach across diverse formats and GEOs — but without tracking, that scale works against you. You're spending on traffic with no visibility into which placements, formats, or creatives actually convert.
With CPV One tracking every ExoClick click and firing conversions back to the platform, you can optimize bids by placement, cut underperforming zones, and scale the combinations that actually make money.
